1. Agreement
By accessing geolens.uk or using GeoLens software and services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
2. The Service
GeoLens provides tools and guidance for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): organizing brand facts, preparing content for AI engines, and monitoring brand mentions in AI answers. We do not control third-party AI engines and do not guarantee any ranking, mention, citation or result.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy and lawfulness of content you submit. You may not use the Service to publish false or misleading information, infringe others' rights, or attempt to manipulate or abuse any third-party platform.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis as described on the Pricing page. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Intellectual property
GeoLens retains all rights in the Service. You retain all rights in the content you provide and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoLens is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
